Our carefully blended wax base is designed to hold our average 50% higher level of fragrance while maximizing the strength and beauty of all of our scents both when the candle is cold and as it burns. Our wicks are 100% cotton and do not contain lead. Our fragrances are of the highest quality and made from naturals, essential oils and safe-synthetics.
This means that each of our candles have been carefully made and poured into each glass container by a trained artisan, as opposed to mass-produced by a machine in a factory.

Proper Use and Maintenance
Keep your Crazy Strong candle out of heat and direct light and in ambient temperature to prevent discoloration and to best maintain the fabulous fragrance.
If stored in heat or direct light for extended periods, the candle can discolor, or the scent can change. If you keep your candles for longer than a year, they can also change scent or color. This doesn’t mean they can’t be used but the performance could be different.
- When you light the candle for the first time, make sure the top fully liquifies creating a “melt pool”. This will help prevent “tunneling” in the middle of the candle when you relight and ensures you always get the full strength.
- Trim the wick to a maximum height of ¼” each time you relight. This will help ensure maximum release of the fragrance and a steady sized flame with minimal smoking or ash. Remove the burnt wick from the candle before lighting.
- We recommend you limit burning your Crazy Strong candle to no more than 4 hours at one time. Conversely, we suggest that you do not burn often for short periods of time where the top doesn’t fully liquify, as that can create a tunnel that will be difficult to change later.
- Never leave your candle unattended and always keep a lit candle in sight.
- Never burn your candle near anything that can catch fire such as fabric, papers, etc.
- Keep candles away from drafty areas including open windows, vents, fans and air conditioning.
- Always keep candles away from children and pets.
- When you get to the bottom, don’t burn the candle all the way down to the bottom, so leave ½” of wax. Doing so will prevent damage to the surface as the container can get hot if the flames get too close to the bottom of the container.
- Do not burn a candle if there is any chance you may doze off to sleep.
Crazy Strong candles will last 60-70 hours.
When you light your candle, especially for the first time, make sure the wax liquefies completely so the “tunnel” does not form.

Orders placed before 2pm EST will ship same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship next day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
Once you’ve received confirmation that your order has been shipped, you will receive your product in 3-5 business days with our free standard shipping. You may also choose a paid shipping option for next day delivery.

In order to get your order to you as soon as possible, once we receive your order, we begin processing it. Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to modify orders once they are placed.
We provide complimentary standard shipping on all orders placed within the United States. Orders with standard shipping will be processed within the next business day and will take 3-5 business days for shipping (not including weekends or holidays).

At this time we are only able to accommodate orders being shipped in the United States.
We are able to ship standard orders to P.O. addresses, however, we cannot ship 2-day or priority orders to P.O. addresses.
Exchanges and Returns
Due to the nature of our products, products must be new, unused, and unopened to qualify for a return. Upon inspection we will provide a refund for the amount you paid to your original payment method. Original shipping expenses are nonrefundable. You may return items within 30 days of placing your order, providing they are new, unopened, and unused. We will provide shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), for all other returns there is a $10 fee for shipping and handling.

Yes, they are perfect to hold anything from pens to cotton balls and anything in between. To get the wax out, put the container in the freezer, allowing the wax to harden and shrink away from the glass. By tapping the vessel, the wax should come out. If not, you may have to carefully break the wax into pieces. Then the glass can be washed, we recommend washing by hand.
