Due to the nature of our products, products must be new, unused, and unopened to qualify for a return. Upon inspection we will provide a refund for the amount you paid to your original payment method. Original shipping expenses are nonrefundable. You may return items within 30 days of placing your order, providing they are new, unopened, and unused. We will provide shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), for all other returns there is a $10 fee for shipping and handling.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of us receiving your package, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. Once we receive your return it takes us some time to process it (3-5 business days) and the remaining time is reserved for your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).

You may start your return here. Once in our return portal you may input your order number and email address and select the item you would like to return and the reason for returning. You will then be provided a shipping label, which will also be emailed to you with instructions for mailing back your package.

Please note that clearance items are final sale.

Damaged items

Please be sure to inspect your carton upon receipt for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping box to show some wear. If damage occurred to any of the items you ordered please contact us to report damages within 2 days. Free return shipping will be provided for items damaged in shipping and a replacement item or credit will be provided.
